Pour over Coffee (V60 or Chemex)

For a delicate, lighter - bodied coffee that gives you control over the flavour of your cup, classic pour over is for you. Made by placing a filter cone over a coffee cup, pot or carafe, filling with ground coffee and then pouring hot water over and letting it drip through. This method delicately extracts the coffee tasting notes.
